Booking a consultation
You can contact us via whatsapp at 416-570-2876 to schedule/book a consultation. A non refundable $25 fee is required to secure your spot which can also be used towards your order.
During the consult, we will go over the order process, contract & details of the order. You will be able to view sample pieces and pick out colors/fabrics. We will also take your measurements for the dress & provide you with an estimated cost + delivery date.
For our published designs or custom orders below $1000, full payment is required at the time of order. Your order will not be started or finalized until we receive the payment.
For orders above $1000, we require a 75% deposit & signed contract to finalize the order. The final 25% is due before we ship your order.
You can see closeup shots of our work on our social media pages, along with models/bloggers in our outfits. If you would like a better look, you can book an appointment at our Hamilton Studio - In studio appointments are for Bridal only.
For customers unable to visit the studio, please WhatsApp us your inquiries and we will be happy to send you examples and close up videos of our work.
The time it takes to complete an order is dependent on the intricacy of work and heaviness of the dress. Most semi-formals take 2-4 weeks, while most formals take 4-8 weeks. Bridals can take anywhere from 2-3 months.
However, we do have the capability to deliver on emergency situations or on a specific timeline. Please indicate your timelines when placing an order.
We ship across the world. Please make sure to give us your full Address, Unit #, Postal Code, City, Country and your Phone Number for easy delivery.
Shipping is free worldwide, unless the order is urgent and requires express shipping. In which case, the customer is responsible for the shipping fees.

Minimal bead fall out upon unpacking is expected as shipping and handling can cause this. It should not be enough to make a difference to your dress.
Colors of fabrics may appear slightly different in actuality than phone/computer screens as the resolutions differ device to device.
Prints of fabrics may be slightly different based on different variations available in the market at the time of order. This is made clear to the customer given that it is not an urgent order; usually the difference is hardly noticeable as the difference is minor.
Finished product pictures & videos are sent to customers before their final product is shipped. The items are only shipped once the customer approves. However, in the case of urgent order, this may not always be possible if the deadline is tight. We cannot change orders, or offer returns on approved items.
